Ability to copy/ mass update fundraising assignments for a group that doesn't have complete common criteria

Be able to 'copy' a fundraising assignment to multiple constituents who don't have common criteria. Right now have to go and manually assign each one individually if you can't group them in a query, which is time consuming.
