Add a Label to suggested gift amounts on NXT donation forms
On online express donation forms, you were able to add names for different giving levels which was helpful so that donors knew what the giving circle they were giving at was called.

This is already available on Standard Form. From the form tab, click to edit in the gift amount area, then you can go into the one-time, recurring and/or pledge tabs and add descriptions to each amount.
Can you specify if your request is for Optimized or Standard form? This is supported on Standard Form today - in the form designer, click to edit details on the ask ladder component. From there, on the one-time and/or recurring tabs you can change your ask ladder amounts and add descriptions.
