Interested to see more about the A/B testing, but this is a great example of something that would be helpful to communicate to users - it is one thing to have a recommendation to give us from A/B testing, but we still should have the control to set up our forms in the way we find most beneficial for our donors.

Hi! Thanks for adding this to the Idea Bank. I wanted to add a little color to this change.

We are actually running an A/B test on this exact thing on Optimized Form right now for Complete Cover, which uses the same flow for the payment "steps" as Standard form now uses for both Complete and donor cover. We are early days in this test, but we are actually seeing a .5% increase in donor conversion on the form overall when the Complete Cover ask is on its own card versus on the payment method selection card. I know - it doesn't follow the normal rules that less is easier for donors and less places for them to abandon, but it also follows Newton's law - an object in motion tends to stay in motion, which we have found some of our Optimized form conversion success can be attributed to.

For Complete Cover enabled forms, keeping this ask after the payment method selection also allows Paypal to be included as a payment method, which was important to many customers.
