Standard Reports, Annual Financial Reports to be Added to Constituent Record, Ability to Email after generating PDF, add an email Workflow option Merged

In lieu of Giving Statements (the capability does not match current needs for all organizations), we could use the Annual Financial Report as annual giving statements. The verbiage is preferable (includes receipt amount) and the layout is easier for the donor to understand. It needs the ability to add content and an image in order for the report to mimic an acknowledgement letter. Again, Giving Statements are NOT an option and this would replace that. Once a pdf is generated, have the pdf live under the donor's record OR better yet create a batch of pdfs that you can then email to the donor. There is no reason why we still need to export gift list, mail merge OR pay for a third party to send out Giving Statements. RENXT has the ability to generate giving totals under Annual Financial Reports, why not take that extra step to send out to donors? I understand that Annual Financial Reports are more for staff but I would say develop this further out for donors, for us to send to donors.

    Add the ability to email PDFs to donors directly.

    Ability to add an action, email workflow to automatically send out via Gift Receipting, to be emailed in batches. So sending out in batches for board members, recurring donors, and any other segmented group.
