Unlike database view, there's no Spouse button to quickly add an individual relationship for a spouse. You can add an individual relationship, however the user needs to check the Spouse checkbox, which may be missed. Please add a shortcut to add a spouse in an accessible area on the constituent record. It's an important and common relationship.
