add constituent ID as the available columns in gift reports

Our consitituent IDs reflect alumnae graduation years, and it would be helpful if we could include the IDs in addition to constituent names on gift reports. Currenlty, it's not an available option when adding columns.

    Agreed! We would also like to be able to add things like constituent id, organization name separate from individual's names, constituent code/constituent type in gift reports.
