Have separate panel for recurring gift templates and pledge templates

As over 30% of our daily phone calls are about recurring gifts, it would be so helpful if there was a separate panel to deal solely with the recurring gifts, rather than having to go through "Work with Gifts" and filter to find the recurring gift. We would also like to be able to see the status clearly from the Constituent page rather than having to click first on Work with Gifts, and then click on the recurring gift to get to the gift information. This is too many clicks for a piece of information that is currently immediately available, and is hampering our customer service response times.


Including Pledges in this separate panel just makes sense

    Yes, especially if it showed only ACTIVE gifts and pledges as they are so hard to find under work with gifts since there is no Gift Status column.
