Currently, participants can choose to RSVP as 'declined' or 'attending' when completing the registration form. The option to manually set all responses to indicate an RSVP of attending or interested, to be used ahead of ticket sales going live, or to allow guests to register as interested, declined, or just attending when they complete the form.
