Include $0.00 donations in First gift, Latest gift, and Greatest gift Metrics (WV specific)

I recently observed an instance where a donor's first gift was recorded as $0.00 and was excluded from native Web View metrics: First Gift, Last Gift, and Greatest Gift. All gifts - regardless of amount - should be included in these calculations. Excluding $0.00 gifts results in inaccurate reporting, particularly with Gift-In-Kind donations or refunded transactions adjusted to $0.00.

This should be configurable, not based on a default exclusion of all $0.00 gifts.

It also affects data returned via the API, causing unexpected errors when validating First Gift data in Power Automate.

    We need to report on all gifts, with the power to configure $0 amounts. Especially when it comes to Gift in Kind.

    The ability to recognize in-kind donations as gifts is critical to fully understanding a constituent's engagement. Nonprofits are often unable to add a value to GIK, forcing the amount to be $0.
