WE also need the option to show the Custom fields for the gift.

For the fund designation it should also show the fund designation even if it is for one fund. The donor needs this listed and so does the organization. The wording on the page will be fund specific but the notification to the donor and organization needs to also clarify the fund. The donation page wording doesn't automatically transfer to the noticifation.

@rebecca Thanks for the screenshots! I believe the only thing we don't show is Designation, with the caveat that if you have a fund selector on your form we'll show the designation selected. If you only have a single designation on the form, we do not show the designation name in the donor's confirmation OR the internal notification email.

HI Samantha, I haven't received a new notification email yet, as we still run through online express. For my purposes, provided the notification email is like our current one (minus the email text) and contains all the information included on the current one - including Tribute information, acknowledgee information, the designation they chose, and any comments they might have added on the form, that should work. So currently we have

yes but we cant seem to add custom text to the internal notification only the thank you letter. (unless that changed but according to support we cant edit internal notificaiton)

I did want to note that tribute information does show up on the notification email.

1-It doesn't have the tribute information in the internal notification.

2-Additionally, we use as backup and attach to gifts so later on if a gift was posted to incorrect record, we have a backup

3-To resend if donor wants a copy

Hi!

Can I get a little more information on what you would use this copy of the email for? Today you have the option to send out a notification email, which, while not an exact copy of the email the donor receives, includes the information the donor submitted on the form. Is there something more you're trying to get with this email copy?
