ACH shows up in Pay Specifics, but is not available to use in Pay Methods

Please make ACH usable as a Pay Method. We are receiving so many donations in this manner, but are unable to document that payment was received in this manner.

ACH is currently available for online donation forms, but not for event forms. Doesn't make any sense.
