E-mail history data should be accessible via query, so I can use a query to determine who clicked on an e-mail, who transacted, who bounced, opted out, etc. This would allow us to analyze our e-mail communication and refine our approach to target constituents better.
The e-mail features are definitely lacking and it was made even more difficult by the addition of the button to a Constituent's Email History tile. Why certain data can only be seen there and not from the E-mail page is also frustrating and leads to unactionable data, which I hope is costing Blackbaud money to store. Previous idea about the button functionality below:

I actually need this functionality today! Guess I will only be able to use it for our appeals that we still send out through OLX so we can have them on our appeals tab.
Yes, this has been easily queried when sending emails from Online Express that are logged on the Appeals tab. The same functionality is needed if we are to using the email features in web view.
Agreed. At the moment, we have to create four separate actions for every email sent via WebView: one for constituents who received the email, one for those who opened it, one for those who clicked, and another for those whose email bounced. This process is extremely time-consuming and labour-intensive, but we need it in order to report on engagement activity for senior management. Previously, when we used NetCommunity for emails, we could easily query on emails via database view!! Please add this functionality
