The value of query would be significantly enhanced if it were possible to filter output items separately from the criteria (similar to the way DBV Export allows filtering of many objects). For instance, if you have Assigned Fundraiser in the output of a Constituent query but want to limit the result rows to only currently assigned fundraisers, you could filter Fundraiser output objects as follows: Fundraiser Name is blank OR To Date is blank. Or you could limit Gift output objects to a specified date range, gift type, campaign, fund, etc. This would allow savvy query users to significantly reduce or eliminate the annoyance of redundant result rows without the headache of creating merged or nested queries.
