Include inactive Events in NXT Query

We need to query participants from previous events (now inactive) when creating invitation lists. It would be very useful to be able to include inactive events in the NXT query. currently, we have to reactivate the old event to query who participated.

    This is really important as it means we cannot use web view at all for this kind of query.
