Allow the option to add multiple constituent codes without saving the first and going back into that area

Our primary constituent codes need to be one of only 7 so we often add a second to better segment. NXT does not let you add 2 in the same step like Database does. You have to add one, click done and go back in and add the second one. Too cumbersome.
