The Recognition configuration in Web View is lacking several features including being able to filter out Campaigns, Funds and Appeals. Not all organization want every campaign, fund, or appeal to be included in the donor recognition amount. For us, we do not include event registrations in the donor recognition and there is not a way to filter this out of the Recognition configuration in Web View. This leads to misleading information on the donor tile, thus leading to the uselessness of Blackbaud calculated information.

Being able to filter out campaigns, funds, or appeals would allow for more accurate representation of the donor's giving for recognition.
