Constituent List Updgrades

Several features should be inherent to Constituent Lists, especially considering these are the lists we are made to use for email marketing,

  • Giving should be able to be included and excluded - any advancement shop will be segmenting emails based on giving history (i.e. Donors with LFY Giving but no CFY Giving)

  • Once consecutive years field becomes available this should be included too

  • Any queriable field should be available for filter - it sucks to not easily be able to add a field like alias to show their maiden name as lists offer a better, easier way to export contact data one row per line than having to do a query and then an export

Overall systems should make our workflow easier, not nuanced.

    Please be able to select records in a list to exlude rather then having to type each on into the exclude field

    In addition to these, I think the filters could be improved a lot. Why can't we filter by package giving or membership status?

    Now that queries are available why can't we just use query in NXT emails. I'm waiting to use NXT emails until we have the same functionality of query in lists or be able to attach a query to emails. I need to be able to use dynamic lists for emails and have the nuances of query for the lists.

    Yes, please add more fields to Lists - it should be much closer to Query. Please include Attachment fields and all BIO fields.
