The relationships tile currently only shows the relationship value at a glance. You have to click on the carrot to expand the view to see what the reciprocal is. This poses a hurdle to data maintenance because it can sometimes lead to a line-by-line scouring of relationships if you are looking for a particular reciprocal value on the record.
