Edit soft credits on any gift record in NXT

It would really help when updating gifts using a gift list from NXT to be able to edit the soft credits. Add and remove SC as well as edit the sc amount.

    9.25.26 comment: Attempting to update soft credits on NXT, I am receiving messages that I cannot update gifts if the active constituency codes for the individual for the gift date are no longer represented on the account. IE current parents listed as alumni parents rather than current parent with an end date after the gift date.
