Online Giving : Allow translation/customization of the Thank You page and Transaction Details

Enable organizations to translate and customize the Thank You page and Transaction Details shown to donors after completing a gift through Raiser's Edge NXT.

    We have shipped the requested changes to the French translations, these are now live across all forms.

    Thank You Page:

    • Correct “Cadeau” to “Don” - complete

    • Change “Yes/No” to “Oui/Non” - complete

    • Update “Don de l'organisation” to “Don d'organisation” - complete

    Confirmation Email:

    • Change “Yes/No” to “Oui/Non” - complete

    • Update “Don de l'organisation” to “Don d'organisation” - complete

    Thanks for the additional info! It looks like it stripped out the attachments, can you please send to me at samantha.mcguin@blackbaud.com instead? I just want to make sure I'm 100% clear on what you're seeing.

    I agree on these changes, I am going to mark this Idea as planned. I'm working on adding into our current Q3 plan, it likely will be an August timeframe what with July vacations planned and limited dev capacity.

    I’ve attached both the current “Thank You” page and the confirmation email for reference.

    • Thank You Page:
      I would make the following changes:

      • Correct “Cadeau” to “Don”

      • Update “Don de l'organisation” to “Don d'organisation”

    • Confirmation Email:
      I would also:

      • Change “Yes/No” to “Oui/Non”

      • Update “Don de l'organisation” to “Don d'organisation”

    These are relatively minor but meaningful changes to ensure the language is accurate.

    Do you have an example of how you would customize both the Thank you page and confirmation email, by chance? This will help me see how extensive a change you're looking for from what's there today.
