Query on Giving forms

It would be nice to see what forms have what features. It is not feasible to go into each form to make sure you added or updated a certain aspect of the giving form. It would be nice to query on, say, which forms are have the tribute option and then update the type of tribute we need. Right now we would have to go into each and every form to check if it uses the tribute option, update the necessary information, save it then check the next form and repeat. This is not a good use of time when one has over 100 forms. Please help us work smarter.

Every year we update our giving forms to ensure the appeals are up to date. As they are not in folders, just a mega list, this can be difficult to keep track of which ones are updated without a spreadsheet. It would be helpful to query on which forms have certain appeals to ensure the correct fiscal years are applied.
It would also be helpful to know which forms are on our website, which are designated for direct mail pieces, etc. (Tracked in appeals, so we could query on this.)
We would like to know which forms are collecting gifts towards which funds, or which campaigns, especially if we would like to update.
Also - in general, which of our forms need to be updated as Blackbaud does rollouts? As Jennifer mentions: Which have tributes? which have pledges? Some of these options didn't exist when we created some forms, and we want to make sure we don't have an old form that is missing info in the universe.
What I have done is create spreadsheets that have the form URL, the appeal ID, and a description of what it used for, and put those into folders for my colleagues, so that we can track which forms are meant to go on which mail pieces, emails, etc. This is the only way we are able to know when/how to update, and which ones have assigned campaigns, so that we know when and where to update. I feel that Blackbaud the powerhouse of old would have been EXCELLENT at tracking this info!
