When sending a marketing email via NXT we have no way of knowing who did not receive the email because of NXT putting them on a "Suppression List" We receive complaints from constituents who have not been included on certain emails, when we check the list of who was sent the email they are on it, yet the email did not bounce back and their consent on RE is correct, however, it turns out that NXT had blacklisted their email address. To find this out we had to contact Blackbaud for them to look at the suppression list. At the moment we do not have access to this list, only Blackbaud do. We need the ability to check this list ourselves please.
