When someone unsubscribes from emails, NXT will no longer include them in future emails even if the constituent updates their consent to request emails or be included in certain emails such as event invites but not newsletters. Currently they have to be sent an email asking them to opt in again which is not ideal. If we collect consent via a direct email to us, letter or verbally we should be able to add this to their record and this should automatically remove them from the suppression list.
