A Way to Edit Batches After they have been Committed

This would be huge. Even if it was just allowed for a short window of time after the batch has been committed.

This would be helpful because I am really the only one in my office who uses RE.

For instance: When I go out on vacation - my office manager will help by entering batches so that we don't get backed up. However, she doesn't do this on a regular basis and often there are unavoidable mistakes because she is not familiarized with the process.

Also - from time to time there are oversight mistakes where a donation is entered with the wrong appeal or maybe it has been entered into the wrong fund. Instead of having to delete and then reenter the whole batch, it would be great if there was a window of time where Committed Batches could be edited so that it updates in both database & web database. Even something as simple as changing a payment method from Credit Card to Check cannot be done without deleting and re-entering a batch.

Deleting and re-entering batches is a lengthy process and wastes valuable time and then every gift from that batch needs to be found and deleted.

It would be so much simpler if corrections could be made without having to commit a whole new batch.
