When applying a gift to a pledge in NXT- allow a cash gift for remainder as it works in RE

We frequently have donors cover fees but I cannot use the pledge application because the gift amount is now more than the pledge becuase of the fees. Please create the 'cash gift for remainder' option like it is in database view.

    Yes - this causes a lot of extra work and messes up their pledge schedule to go in and manually adjust or currently I don't apply the pledge and then go into database view to apply the payment.
