Allow Email Marketing unsubscribe System Setting be customized for locations.

Due to Blackbaud's Acceptable Use Policy and unsubscribe footer required on all NXT Marketing emails, we need the ability to customize the unsubscribe settings based on location. We currently have multiple foundation locations, each with a different website and name, using RENXT. This limitation is hindering our Foundations in using the email marketing tool. Currently the setting is system wide forcing us to use one location’s information.

    As a charity based in a bilingual province and operating in a country with two official languages, it is essential for us to be able to share information in both English and French.

    The customization option is essential so that we can reach our donors in the language of their choice and thus be able to display an unsubscribe button, a privacy policy, and landing page text that can be modified based on the language of the newsletter being sent (which means that the email options should not be located at the root level).
