Currently I identify recipients for marketing emails in query in database view, then I create a web view list based on a static query. I want to move this process to web view ASAP as we only have until Feb 2026 before database view query is switched off.

I can't yet do this though because web view List does not have all the filters I need. I can't yet create a web view List based on a web view Query because you can only create a List based on filters or a database view query.

Rather than do the back and forth of "what filters do you need in List?" (answer would be everything you can imagine), please make it possible to do one of these as soon as possible:

1) Create a List based on a web view Query (latter could be dynamic or static merged)

2) Select a web view Query when choosing Email recipients
