We’d love to see the ability to automatically mark a gift as acknowledged when a thank-you email is sent through a Workflow in Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Right now, even when an email acknowledgment is successfully delivered through a workflow, the gift remains unacknowledged in the donor record. This creates extra manual steps and opens the door for duplicate acknowledgments or incomplete records.
