Import lists through web view and not just database

It would be very helpful to be able to import constituents through the web view, not only through the database view. This would also be helpful to not have to reteach new users how to do it in web view once the transition is made. More streamlined, easier learning and teaching, and no extra software/applications needed if in web view.

    if Import is going to be made available in unified view, constituents and batches should definitely be made available through csv/excel - this is an old and used way of working that has been around for a long time and would make this transition away form DB familiar and known as a way of working, so people would start using this.
