Clean up formatting in Standard Reports

I have an Action Detail Report that runs great in database view. In web view, the formatting is mixed up. Fundraiser names do not appear consistently in the report from one fundraiser to another. The report looks messy and unprofessional.

    I wish there were more formatting options available for all the reports. And I also think that fundraiser assignments in general are a struggle to manage.
