Reject Updates when Reviewing Gift Batch in RENXT

In Database view, there is the option to reject data that a donor typed in. I do this very often in Gift Batch as many donors do not type in their name, address, email and/or phone correctly or do not use the naming and address conventions required. Currently, in Webview you can either overwrite or create a new address/email etc. That would leave me creating many new addresses and emails that I would have to go back into the record to delete.

So, many typos, FN field has spouse name too, address line includes city, #s transposed in zip or phone, email typo... I could go on.

Need ability to reject updates/incoming info.

Agreed - we use the Reject Updates option frequently to avoid formatting errors coming through to donor records!

This is a step backward for webview users. Please enable this functionality, which causes more work for users.

This is essential to stop donor information from coming into the database in all lower case, for example, or both spouse's names coming into the first name field and creating dirty data.
