Add a Blackbaud Change Log

Blackbaud should publish a list of fixes that have been implemented alongside the 'What's New'. This will mean we don't have to continuously test things that don't work ourselves repeatedly to see if they have been fixed.

This will also let us know what Blackbaud staff have been working on and will help us understand the work that is going on behind the scenes.

    Do not get rid of Data View. It works perfect! It's not broken!

    Yes! With a change log, we can see what's been fixed/updated and then update our processes accordingly!

    This important. Many folks find a bug and head back to database view because they don't have an hour to spend on support chat. A log like this that users could subscribe to would be a great solution.
