Layout of constituent records should be the same as it is in database view

From an information architecture/usability standpoint I think it's easier to view the information in a constituent record in database view than it is in NXT because of the way everything is organized in "tabs" at the top of the record as opposed to tiles that you have to scroll through. I know you can collapse all the tiles individually and all at once in NXT to make it a little easier to navigate, but I still think the tabs are more user-friendly. Records are also laid out this way in ResearchPoint and Blackbaud Altru so I'm not sure why Blackbaud went with these "tiles" for NXT.

Tiles make difficult to navigate many of the records, especially gift and action records, because some tiles only have a couple fields in them. It's more work to expand the tiles or scroll to see all the tiles. The same amount of information is visible in database view in less space.
