Currently sending out emails in webview has no way of tracking who recieved it in constiuent records. In online express in database view, any emails that are sent out are importable to every record under the assigned appeal and this can be easily pulled in a query. This should be the same in webview.

ALL THE FUNCTIONALITY THAT IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN DATABASE VIEW SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN WEBVIEW.
