Allow Inactive Funds to be Selected in Web View Query
Query in web view does not allow the selection of funds marked as inactive. Specifically, I have noted this when using the "one of" operator under Gifts in a Constituent query. When pulling up the list of selectable funds, inactive funds do not appear in the list.

This important. We shouldn't have to temporarily mark inactive records as active in order add them to the criteria. If this is true of any other types of records or table options that can be marked inactive, that needs to be fixed as well.
