Standard Reports Constituent Fundraiser filter needs to allow selection of Active fundraiser, not anytime.
In many cases it does not matter who was previously assigned, just who is assigned now. We have this option when filtering list, please add it when filtering reports.

Oh my goodness yes. Please make this default to CURRENT fundraiser on the record, or allow us to select to exclude those with an end date that falls outside of the general date filter on the report. Or allow us to choose fundraiser type. I just really flubbed up by sending "last fiscal year Top donors" reports for each fundraiser only to find out that the fundraiser filter was including donors that have since been switched to somebody else.
