remove payment section for free events it's confusing with radio button option

Please give us the capability to remove the radio button under 'Edit person paying for registration selector' section OR remove that section completely for free events. We have free events where we only want one person to be able to register at a time, it's very confusing to give the person an option in this section to enter a different name.

    Agree! Most of our free events are member benefits, and we do not allow the member to transfer these benefits (the member must be an attendee; they can't just pass the invitation on to a neighbor). Having the payment section with an option for a different name here makes it harder for us to enforce this policy.
