Currently, in Database View, you can uncheck the “Action completed on date field” box to mark an action as open again. However, this functionality is not available in WebView, which means there's no way to reopen a completed action within that environment.

This limitation is especially challenging when using the Blackbaud for Gmail plug-in, which automatically marks actions as complete. As a result, we have to return to Database View to update those actions. With the shift toward a unified view, having the ability to reopen completed actions directly in WebView would be very helpful.

Even beyond the plug-in use case, users may mistakenly mark actions as complete—so having a way to undo that in WebView would add necessary flexibility.
