Enable Comment box in NXT event registration forms.

Currently, I was told that comment boxes for event registrations is not an option. It should be so people can clarify their registration i.e. for golf pairings or seating options.

    "Registration Forms" from RENXT doesn't have the option to add a comments field. It would be helpful if they included this option to clarify their transaction.
