Add More Flexibility to Use Queries for Home Screen Customization

When customizing home screens, we need to have flexibility to use queries to choose specific parameters that we want to see, for example, in the "Year Over Year" graph. Currently, the customizations are not useful as they are too basic.

    Seconding Sarah's idea, it seems the only way I can currently categorize queries on the web view home screen is by category. This means categories have to be added/renamed in database view. On database view home page, we currently have more freedom and flexibility with folder names.
