Make a default recurring gift online form

We'd like to have a form that is exclusive for recurring gifts, so when we do campaigns we cn send people directly to a link where they don't have to toggle to the recurring tab.

    You can do this today through our Standard Form. On the form tab hover over the gift amount area and click to edit, from here you can turn off one-time gifts (and pledges if it is available in your environment) and just leave recurrin gifts on.
