We have over 30 different batch templates that we use daily for gift processing. I would state that batch templates are essential for gift batch processing

I agree. We use multiple templates for gift batch entry in database view for different types of gifts. It is a must have feature in NXT! We can't use web view until this is available.

This is a no brainer for people who use batch every day. Many of us use gift attributes (custom fields) when doing batches. I have batch templates for wires, credit card gifts, cash gifts, etc... None of these use the same fields that are in the default batch that automatically loads. Having to recreate the fields you want to include each time you create a batch is ridiculous and time consuming.

Please add this ability, I can't use batch in Webview until this is possible.
