Add the ability to change recurring gift status from terminated or completed to active if needed

It would be helpful to be able to change the recurring gift status back to active once marking it completed or terminated. We terminated one in error, and now we have to create an entirely new recurring gift.

    We do not have plans to alter our recurring gift workflows to support this change. For those gifts that are not concluded, the skipped or hold status should be used.

    our business rule is to never have more than one recurring gift template per constituent record. Reactivating past templates allows us to have a fully comprehensive view of the donor journey in one place. not being able to reactivate templates is hampering our ability to move processing from database view into web view
