Please add a "Today" option within the Date Pickers.

Example: In Query, when modifying a Criteria that is a date, clicking on the calendar would also have a "Today" option to choose today's date.

In DB, you can hit F3 on your keyboard to automatically enter it or click on the calendar button to the right of the field and then click on Today at the bottom of the date picker.
