Add consent options to optimized giving forms

Currently in NXT, there are 2 online giving form types--standard and optimized. The consent information/checkbox is only available in the standard form. Since having permission to communicate with donors and being able to document that, we must have that option available in the optimized giving forms. The optimized forms are faster to complete and our donors seem to prefer them, so we can't just limit ourselves to standard forms only, which take more time for the donor to complete.

    Consent is now available on Optimized Forms and can be turned on/configured on the Optional Fields tab.

    No, this will be specific to the Optimized Donation Form. We're in discussion on a basic contact form but no firm plans around it yet. I suggest voting on this idea for a Contact Form to track any status: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-3539
