There should be a way that if you have a general Appeal going out, that you can select X number of forms and update the appeal associated with those forms. We have Back to School appeals that go out July-September, then End of the calendar year appeal Nov-Jan, then End of the academic year May-June. It is NOT a fun task to go into 20+ giving forms that we currently have (Because, of course, each department wants their own form with their own dedicated language) With little appeals that go on in between those dates, this gets really messy if you can imagine.
