Web View: Control Panel > Settings > Constituent Records > Individual Display Name

The current setup offers limited options, which universally affect all users and constituents. Names hold significant importance—treating all donors uniformly can feel impersonal and lacks the thoughtful consideration they deserve.

In the Database View, users have greater flexibility to tailor how constituent names appear:

Tools > User Options > Records > Individuals (Individual title bar) and Organization (Organization title bar).

Each user can personalize the display style based on their specific needs, selecting either the addressee from the record or from the configuration. Better customization ensures that constituent names are presented in a way that aligns with the user's level of interaction with the database and the donor, fostering a more personalized and meaningful experience.
