Make Packages available in gift detail summary report
Currently only Campaign, Fund, Appeal and Cons Code are available as options for the summary view, but Packages are very much a requirement for these reports to be useful for many organisations. Previous ideas around this have been marked as shipped, but the functionality within reporting is not yet there and would be very helpful. Thanks!

We need to be able to generate reports that are specific to one or a few packages within an appeal. So, the filter options on the report settings would need to include Package as an option, just like how they have Appeal, Fund, and Campaign. We use this for our annual cook off where there is one appeal and many packages, one for each competing cook. We need to be able to send a list of the donor names broken down by who gave to support which cook. So, we need one report for each package within the appeal. We normally use the Gift Detail and Summary Report, but when there are split gifts because people vote for more than one cook, it isn't currently possible to filter out the portion of the gift that went to one package and not the other.
Packages IDs need to be available in ALL reports
