In addition, it would be nice to know who last changed the form. I was just on a couple of giving forms and I am the primary person creating and/or updating them. But there are a couple of people who also have access. So when I see a change on a form that I don't recall doing, it would be nice to know who added or changed the form.
In database, you typically can see who created a form. It would be nice, because we have several people that create forms, if for some reason, there is a lack of communication (doesn't happen often, but it does happen) - that I don't know who created the form so I don't know who to go back to for questions, etc.
