Multiple Contact types within the Relationship Tab without adding the contact several times

This would save an enormous amount of time.  There should be a drop down menu to select several contact types for an individual, rather than having to add the individual multiple times to capture the multiple contact types they may assume within their organization.  If the individual is both the payment reminder contact and the receipt contact they have to be added twice in the relationship tab under that contact type.
